Discovering Talents through Art Therapy

On January 30, 2025 a seminar- training titled "My University, My Pride" was organized in Room 101 of Building "D" by the psychologist M.K. Mukhammedova of "Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers" National Research University. The seminar was held with the participation of the choir team members and aimed to shape the musical tastes of student youth, develop their oratory skills, enhance their creative abilities through art-therapeutic training, foster communication skills, improve their ability to express their opinions clearly and persuasively, and refine the performance of the song to be sung for the university's anniversary.
Objectives of the session:
- To improve the ability to express emotions through musical singing.
- To express emotions using art therapy methods.
- To develop participants' communication skills through group activities.
- To create a collaborative creative project.
- To motivate students and help them discover their talents.
In the event, art-therapeutic training sessions were conducted to increase students' participation and engagement in the creation of the university anniversary song, emphasizing the importance and responsibility of this process. Students were encouraged to sing with pride and joy about the history and values of the university, reflecting these through their voices and eyes during the exercises.
