Secrets of Cooking

On December 10, 2024 the event was held under the nomination "Secrets of Cooking" among the female students residing at Student Dormitory of"Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers" National Research University, Faculty of "Agricultural Mechanization." The event was attended by E. Ganiboyeva, the Deputy Dean for Women’s Issues of the Faculty of Agricultural Mechanization and educator Sh. Islamova. The table, beautifully prepared by our student-chefs, featured a variety of dishes including traditional patir bread, pilaf, vitamin-rich salads, and pastries, which added a special charm to the event. We would like to express our gratitude to the students who actively participated in the event. We agreed to hold another event on the culinary traditions of our regions, specifically focusing on the preparation of regional pilaf dishes. At the end of the event, we exchanged ideas with our students about future activities.
