The Center for Retraining and Professional Development of Staff in Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural MechanisationEngineers was established by the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PP-4732,on June 12, 2015, "On Measures to Further Improve the System of Retraining and Professional Training of Higher Educational Institutions", as well as the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan on September 21, 2015 "On Training and Retraining of Teachers of Higher Educational Institutions". Measures have been developed to introduce amendments and additions to some resolutions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan (Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan,No. 273, on September 26, 2012) and the Decree of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan, No. 373,on September 26, 2015.

The main objectives of the center:

Improving the quality of education through the use of modern pedagogical and information technologies in teaching and upbringing, working out training programs for teachers, improving the skills of engineering and educational personnel, improving the quality of the process, harmonizing their knowledge and skills in specific areas (specialties), introduction of new technologies in the field of teaching the staff.

Directions of the Center for Professional Training and Retraining:

Water Economy and Melioration

Principles and regulations and other normative documents on management of irrigation and water-saving irrigation technologies and pedagogical staff of higher educational institutions involved in the preparation of highly qualified modern personnel for water resources management and melioration; the development of irrigation procedures, technologies and methods; irrigation and drainage systems; structure of irrigation networks; hydraulic calculation and design of irrigation technologies, irrigation erosion and integrated measures against it; formation of knowledge and skills in the elements of technology, water-saving irrigation methods.


Use of Hydrotechnic Constructions and Pumping Stations

Practical skills of using modern computers in modern hydraulic structures, their sustainable and efficient use, methods of construction and reliability and safety of hydroelectric power stations, the reasons for failure and ways to eliminate it, repair and reconstruction, maintenance, the formation of appropriate qualifications in this field.


Land Use and Land Cadastre

Provision of knowledge, skills and experience in regulating land relations in the world and on the basis of international experience, including diverse and qualitative information characterizing the natural, economic and legal status of land use in a multipurpose nature of land use, including information support for the land cadastre.


Electrification and Automation of Agriculture

Features of modern electrical equipment and basic energy indicators, production facilities for agriculture in terms of environmental and electrical hazard categories, reliability of the principles of energy supply based on renewable energy components, local and autonomous power supply systems and their key indicators, wires and the selection of protective equipment, calculation and on the basis of its power transformator and renewable energy sources, power quality and reliability of power supply to assess the recognition of professional skills.


Agricultural  Mechanization

Introduction to new solutions in the structure and functioning of agricultural mobile phones and other parts of mobile energy, their basic characteristics, basic and pre-planting, planting and plant-protecting, pests and weeds, technologies and machinery for grain harvesting, breastfeeding, technological processes in the field of agriculture, design, mechanization and automation, energy mechanisms and formation of skills for testing, testing and correctingof work-systems.
