Nowadays it is a matter of great importance to maintain peace and stability in our country, to preserve interethnic soldarity, to educate harmoniously developed youth. Therefore, the state and public organizations pay special attention to the comprehensive tasks of protecting youth from harmful influences, improving the socio-emotional environment among them, and accelerating the work on explaining the consequences of negative influences. In today's pandemic, we plan to hold a spiritual and educational event on "Extremism, terrorism - a threat to the future of youth," based on the proposals of our talented students, in order to spend their free time meaningfully. The event was attended by professors, teachers, students and volunteers, as well as the head of the Department of Counter-Terrorism and Extremism(DCTE) of the Adminstration Office for Coordination of activities of bodies of Internal Affairs (AOCABIA) of M.Ulugbek district, Tashkent city Abdujabbarov Doniyor Dadakhodjaevich, the member of (DCTE) of the (AOCABIA) of Mirzo Ulugbek district Major S.A. Tajidinov took part as guest.

Speakers at the event stated that the problem of "extremism, terrorism is a threat to the future of youth" it is a serious threat to the development of society and the nation, and is of concern to the world today.  It was noted that religious extremism and terrorism are a type of spiritual threat, an aggressive political activity that promotes destructive ideas through young people, seeks to disrupt peace and order in the country, and overthrows the existing constitutional order. It is alarming that hundreds of terrorist sites have been identified on the Internet today. They are spreading their destructive ideas, such as religious extremism, nationalism, and racism, through the Internet.

Unfortunately, some young people who do not have ideological immunity are exposed to these alien ideas. The purpose of this roundtable is to protect our youth from various harmful influences in the context of growing conflicts and instability in different parts of the world. In order to fight religious extremism and terrorism, it is necessary to create ideological immunity of the population, especially our youth, - said Abdujabbarov Doniyor Dadakhodjaevich, head of the Department for Combating Terrorism and Extremism of (AOCABIA) in Ulugbek district of Tashkent city. First of all, it is necessary to form a national mentality and a healthy worldview. In addition, in recent years, fanatical and religious extremist groups have reported that they are spreading their ideas among young people, influencing migrant workers, distributing destructive material electronically, and spreading propaganda through the Internet. Also at the event, professors and teachers of the Department of Land Management A.Altiev, senior lecturer of the department A.Muqimov provided students with real-life examples.
