National Research University - “Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers” with cooperation of scientists of Iowa State University and  North Dakota State University (USA), University of Bologna and University of Florence (Italy), University of Hohenheim and Geisenheim University (German), Angel Kanchev University of Ruse (Bulgaria), Ankara University and Chukurova University (Turkey), University of Tabriz (Iran), Northwest agriculture and forestry University and Shihezi University (China), Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, S.Seifullin Kazakh Agro-technical University and South Kazakhstan University after named M.Auezov (Kazakhstan) will hold an international conference “Agricultural Engineering and Green Infrastructure Solutions on May 23-24, 2025 (AEGIS-2025)”

Key dates:

     The date of the conference – on May 23-24, 2025.

     Registration and acceptance of materials – until May 23, 2025.

     Refinement of articles and confirmation of admission – until June 25, 2025.

     Payment of the publication fee – until June 25, 2025.

     Sending the proceedings to the publisher – on July 30, 2025

     Publication and indexing of the proceedings –quarters 4 of 2025 – 

                                                                              -  quarters 1 of 2026 

Requirements for the design and writing of articles:

Completed research papers written in good English and meeting the stated requirements will be allowed to participate in the conference. The materials provided must be original and correspond to the directions of the conference sections.

One author can submit no more than 2 articles in one collection.

• The article must be formatted strictly in accordance with the proposed template journals E3S Web of conferences, AIP Conference Proceedings va Springer Proceedings (Q4);

• Articles must be written in good English (articles with errors and incorrect translation will be rejected or sent for revision);

• The number of pages of the article should be from 4 - 6 (at least 4 full pages).

• The article must contain sections such as Abstract, Introduction, Results and Discussion, Conclusion, etc.

• References must be made strictly in accordance with the requirements of publications (see templates on the conference website), it is necessary to refer only to those publications that are indexed in international databases;

• Use the international standard for units and quantities, use a dot as the decimal separator (eg 0.002);

• The list of used literature should contain no more than 2 references to the works of the authors of the article.

• All submitted articles will be reviewed and checked for the absence of plagiarism, excessive self-quoting, appropriate design and originality. Past articles will be accepted for publication in the journal issue. Checking for plagiarism will be carried out at the final stage, after the payment of articles to the journal. Therefore, in case of rejection of the article due to the presence of already published materials and plagiarism, payment will not be refundable.

The official language of articles submitted for publication is English.

Accepted articles in their direction will be published by one of the journals
E3S Web of conferences, AIP Conference Proceedings and Springer Proceedings (Q4) indexed by the Scopus database will be published. Article processing charges (APCs):

Payment for publication or amendment of articles:

- for articles correctly formatted according to requirements – 2.700.000 sum or 200 dollars;

- with the service of amendment of articles according to requirements – 3.100.000 sum or 230 dollars;

- with the service of full translation and formatting of articles – 3.500.000 sum or 275 dollars.

After the articles are accepted, payment orders will be sent to the e-mails where the article was submitted to pay the organizational fee. Funds should be transferred to the plastic card 6262 5600 9262 8000  (in the name of Atham Borotov) and then send the payment receipt, article number and name by Telegram to +998977266465 or by e-mail atxamborotov@mail.ru.
