International Scientific-Practical Conference on “The Philosophy of Artificial Intelligence: The Dialectics of Historicity and Modernity”

On May 22, 2026 an international scientific-practical conference titled “The Philosophy of Artificial Intelligence: The Dialectics of Historicity and Modernity” was organized at the National Research University “Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers.”
The conference was attended by the university administration, faculty members, representatives of government and public organizations, scholars and researchers from national and international higher education institutions, students, and members of the media. During the opening ceremony, particular emphasis was placed on the importance of exchanging scientific ideas regarding the significance of the philosophy of artificial intelligence in the context of historicity and modernity, the formation of a digital society, the development of human capital and innovative thinking, as well as the opportunities that artificial intelligence offers for education and historical studies.
The conference speakers highlighted the importance of studying and conducting in-depth analyses of the philosophical issues surrounding artificial intelligence, whose role in society continues to grow under the conditions of globalization. They also discussed the challenges and responsibilities facing this field in the process of building a New Uzbekistan. Particular attention was given to how interdisciplinary research at the intersection of philosophy, history, information technology, and the social sciences can contribute to a deeper understanding of the future prospects of artificial intelligence.
In addition, the event continued through specialized sessions, where presentations delivered by international experts, young scholars, and researchers enriched the conference and added further depth to its discussions.
