Actions that serve the realization of all final goals are directly and indirectly related to four concepts. Speak, listen, understand and do, as they form  communicative etiquette and culture of communication, in other words, the components of the art of public speaking.

  An important aspect that ensures the quality and effectiveness of education is the issue of increasing the competence of the acquired knowledge, the mechanism for mastering the acquired skills in the mind of a student or graduate student, that is, the issue of communicative competence. For the same purpose, according to the letter of the head of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan (26.09.2022 No. 02-PA 1-13607), in the Academy of Public Administration, in cooperation with the State Service, the Development Agency under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the "Academy of Oratory" began the educational and practical course "The art of oratory: communicative" Fundamentals of competence, communication and culture of communication. Proper methods and recommendations for the implementation of strategic goals have always been the key to success.

   It is planned to organize a training course in the art of oratory, communication culture and communicative competencies by the non-state educational institution "Academy of Oratory" held in Tashkent, Deputy Dean of “Animal Husbandry and Agricultural Mechanization” Faculty Shavkat Yangiev, Head of “Human Resources” Department Feruz Tursunov, Lecturer of “General Technical Sciences” Department, lecturer Dilshod Ochilov, made a great contribution to the event.
