According to the speech of our honorable President, where he emphasized the essence and strength of our independence, which are associated with the growth of self-awareness, worldview and legal literacy of our people. Our Constitution embodies the greatest ideas of universal ideals - equality, freedom, brotherhood, friendship of peoples and nations, stability of the country and the world.Due to the 30th anniversary of the adoption of the Constitution of our independent republic, at "TIIAME” National Research University there was organized the event "Palace of Culture", titled  "The Constitution is the legal basis for the development of the country." The event started with the National Anthem of the Republic of Uzbekistan. All participants showed respect by standing up from their seats together with a military band for singing the national anthem.  

There was  given a floor to open the festive event to the rector of "TIIAME” National Research University, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor Mirzaev Bahodir Suyunovich. The rector warmly greeted everyone with the forthcoming “Constitution Day of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Moreover,  among the talented students of our university, the best ones that were considered as the winners of the scholarship named after Abdulla Oripov 2022 were awarded also. Here is the list of winners

 4.Rozibaeva Maftuna - a second course student of "Mechanization of irrigation and drainage works" Faculty

6. Bakhriddinova Nodira - a second course student of “Land Resources Management” Faculty

7. Norkozieva Nozimakhon  - a first course master student

8. Khasanov Roziboy - a first course student of Bukhara Institute of Environmental Management.

9. Mulkamalov Sabir - a third course student of Karshi Institute of Irrigation and Agrotechnologies

After that guest of the event, judge of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan, judge of the first qualification, candidate of legal sciences Rakhmanov Akmal Ergashevich gave a speech. The official leaders on behalf of the National Revival Party of Uzbekistan warmly welcomed the leadership of the university.

 The participants were presented with a couple of songs, performed by the Honored Artist of the Republic of Uzbekistan Ilkhom Farmonov and beautiful dances, performed by students of the State Academy of Choreography of Uzbekistan. It shpuld be particularly admitted that the staff and students of the “ Hydromelioration” faculty took an active part in the event. The festive event ended in high spirits.
