Dear Teacher- You will always live in our hearts

   The Chairman of the Republican Council of Higher Education, Rector of the Institute, Doctor of Economics, Professor Umurzakov Uktam Pardaevich died on July 26, 2021 at the age of 69. Professor, Dr Umurzakov Uktam Pardaevich graduated from Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers. His whole life is closely connected with this institute. During his career, he worked as a junior researcher, head of a laboratory, assistant, associate professor, dean of “Agricultural Mechanization” faculty, vice-rector on scientific affairs, vice-rector on academic affairs, adviser of the rector, rector of the Institute. Under his leadership, our institute has become one of the most prestigious in the world. In addition, he paved the way for improving the quality of education in the country. Scientific works, textbooks, manuals and monographs, created by Uktam Pardaevich during his scientific activitiesabout  mechanization of agriculture, development the economy of our country will serve as a great program for future generations. Uktam Pardaevich will forever live in our hearts and stay in our memories as a true patriot, honest, real  and experienced specialist in his field, as well as a great leader, who could his life to the education of young generation.
