PROCUREMENT OF LABORATORY UNITS FOR THE COURSE
“THERMODYNAMICS AND HEAT TRANSFER”
The TIIAME received the grant “Enhancement of agricultural engineering programs by using innovative techniques employed in foreign universities” from the World Bank-financed Academic Innovation Fund of Modernizing Higher Education Project and intends to use part of the funds for procurement of laboratory equipment.
The TIIAME invites eligible companies to indicate their interest and provide a bid for supply of the following laboratory units:

Each laboratory unit must be supplied in the form of a set, which includes
- training stand on which the relevant operating elements of the laboratory unit should be placed
- universal laboratory table
- software for data collection and processing
- methodical guidelines for laboratory and practical works performed using the laboratory unit
- branded case for storing documentations of laboratory unit (guidelines, stand passport) and USB flash drive
Suppliers must guarantee the uninterrupted operation of the equipment and technical support for the supplied laboratory unit for at least one year. The cost of the commercial offer must include delivery of laboratory equipment to the client, commissioning, staff training.
Procurement of goods will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the World Bank's Guidelines: Procurement of Goods, Works and Non-Consulting Services under IBRD Credits and IDA Credits & Grants by World Bank Borrowers dated January 2011, revised in July 2014 (Procurement Guidelines) and any participants from eligible countries can participate in the bid.
Interested companies/bidders may obtain further information (technical requirements for laboratory units (specification), delivery conditions, etc.) via e-mail specified below. The deadline for submitting a commercial offer is 10 days until 6.12.2021. Commercial offers must be valid for 30 days from the date of submission of the offer.
